Dashboard Tools

Your Registry Dashboard is so much more than MIPS. We have integrated tools for population health, care gaps, special reports, and more. Check out the dashboard tools.

Dashboard Refresh: Where is my data?

Once your EHR is connected with the registry, it can take several weeks—usually from 6-8—to map and validate the data. Get the Welcome Kit.

Accuracy is important, and we’ll need your help to ensure the data is mapped correctly. It often takes a little time up front, but taking that time lays the foundation for getting data you trust going forward.

Once the data is mapped and validated, you can expect your data to be refreshed monthly, in most cases. The exception to this is the first quarter of each year, when the registry teams focus resources on updating measure specifications, and assisting practices with MIPS and PCF reporting. Your first quarter data is usually available soon after the MIPS submission window closes.

Programs Supported

PRIME Registry is able to extract the necessary data from your EHR and streamline your reporting for both the Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Primary Care First (PCF).

Customizable Reports

With eleven different customizable reports, you’re likely to find something to meet your needs, whether you’re working with payers, state and local payment incentives, quality groups, and more.

Measures Available

With around 100 measures specifically selected for their relevance to Primary Care, it’s likely we have the measures you need. The measures are reviewed and updated annually, and include several NQF endorsed measures as well.
